Gestalt
ge·stalt | \ gə-ˈstält: An organized whole that is perceived as more than the sum of its parts.
Formed in 2016, Gestalt set out to be true to their name; a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. Staying true to this idea, Gestalt fuses elements from all over the musical spectrum, culminating in a sound that is all their own but, with a distinct nod to Pop/Punk.
What began as a collection of voice memos on a cell phone went on to become the band’s debut EP “Longboix”- quickly amassing over 100,000 streams on Spotify alone and cultivating a devoted regional following. After the release of their second EP, “Do I Look Lovely” that following quickly became a community of dedicated fans launching Gestalt into a position of prominence in the Denver, Colorado music scene and beyond. Now with extensive touring under their belt the band has become a fan favorite across the nation. After signing with Third & James Records in 2020 the band immediately went back to the studio to begin work on new music with Nashville producer/engineer Matt Legge (Peter Frampton, Taylor Swift, Ringo Star) and is set to release their new single “Connect the Dots” November 13th, 2020
Comprised now of Guitarist Cooper Dickeson, Drummer Xavier Robinson, bassist Makenzie Broadhurst, and front man Zane Dellucie, Gestalt comes together as a whole that is truly greater than themselves.
